As we will not be able to hold our annual Liability Insurance conference at Cambridge this year, we will be arranging a number of online lectures over September and October.

The first of these will be “Climate Change Litigation” presented by Valerie Fogleman.

Valerie is a Consultant at Stevens & Bolton and a Professor of Law at Cardiff University School of Law and Politics. She advises clients on a wide range of environmental, climate change, and insurance law issues. She is an honorary member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and a member of the City of London Law Society (past Vice Chair of the Planning and Environment Committee), the Law Society of Ireland (non-practising), the American Bar Association, the Texas State Bar (non-practising), the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association (UKELA) (past Council member), and the Association of Insurance and Risk Managers (AIRMIC).

The presentation starts at 3.30pm and will last approximately one hour. There is no fee to attend this lecture but as places are limited, anyone booking a place is expected to attend.
